Each board has up to 8 sitting members with over 200 years of combined business experience. Confidential, frank discussions at TAB meetings open eyes to new alternatives and opportunities brought from different vantage points; and help members determine what they need to change, and how to make the needed change confidently.Between board meetings, each owner-member meets for a private session with a TAB-certified, senior-level business owner-coach to prepare for the next board meeting and to advance his or her strategic goals and tactical action plans and agendas.Membership is by invitation, and follows a qualifying interview.
