We are a network of highly experienced independent consultants with skills and expertise in analytical, medical, social care, financial, training and research disciplines. The Group has been at the forefront of developing and applying whole systems techniques across a wide range of client groups and health care settings - particularly in the field of health and social care services for older people.Our work focuses on using whole system approaches to planning health and social care. This has given us extensive experience of working with all care professional groups across diverse organisational settings, and employing analyses and modelling of data and information to support local decision making processes.Our clients include national and local organisations in the UK and overseas, and we have also undertaken projects for the European Commission, WHO and the World Bank.
