Inspired by the original Arts and Crafts Bungalows, we have incorporated the detail, character and philosophy of the Bungalow into designs that reflect how we live today.We are the original designers of all of our homes. That is why you will not find thousands of plans on our site and you will only find Bungalow Company plans here. All of our designs are born out of a custom design process. Therefore our clients receive the benefit of a custom home design at a fraction of the cost and time it takes to complete a custom plan.When you purchase from us, you are working with the design team that created the original design. Should you choose to customize the plan, you will be working one on one with these same designers. We have intimate knowledge of the plans and specialize in Bungalow and Arts & Crafts home design.Bungalow Company plans are proven. We have been in the Bungalow business since 1996 and have completed hundreds of projects across the United States and Canada. The vast majority of our designs have been built multiple times, allowing us to perfect each design. If questions do arise during construction, our staff is available and your builder can speak directly to a project designer with intimate knowledge of your design.Home is personal and so are we.
