The Consumer Psychology Lab is a boutique consultancy. We provide a range of services around customer experience. Our roots are in qualitative research and therefore we have unique skills in obtaining insights from customers' emotional experiences through Voice of the Customer Programmes. We provide assessment or audit services to determine the state of a brand's customer experience, employee experience, and CX maturity. With the insights obtained, we are able to help design and develop CX strategies, as well as support with the successful infusion of the brand's customer experience essence. We do this through workshops with stakeholders in the ecosystem. We developed a unique measurement and tracking system to support the continuous drive to improve CX.
