The D space is a customer experience design startup. We help our clients create memorable, seamless and intuitive customer experience and journeys throughout the interaction lifecycle between the customer and the brand starting from discovery to conversation and advocacy. We start by generating compelling VOC's (voice of customer) and end in improving the NPS (Net Promoter Score) of the brand. We come from strong problem-solving background and approach all customer experience problems with applied empathy towards customers thus becoming their advocates to the brand and help to ensure all stakeholders align to the end goal of delighting the customers by creating that 'wow' experience to them.
