Well what have we been up to and what are we here for? First up here is our new page purely dedicated to helping people attain their goals in fitness and training in whatever form they wish, be it conventional training or the more outdoor forms such as Running, Cycling, Swimming or a mix and match of all three i.e. Triathlons. As well as publishing a whole bunch of Audio tips and tricks with leading experts we'll also publish reviews of certain items of equipment that we like and more importantly items we think you'll like too.
