The Foundry is a 43,000 sq ft sports facility located in Redwood City. Nestled in the middle of Silicon Valley, The Foundry offers six volleyball courts with the ability to transform into playing fields for basketball, futsal, tennis, badminton, tennis and pickle ball. Strength and conditioning courses as well as fitness classes are also available to the general public. The Foundry houses a "caged" driving range with an innovative automated golf tee and analysis system that provides details of your technique and performance allowing you to perfect your game without leaving your stance. \\Wellness is the main objective and our certified athletic trainer, Nadine Waeghe, MPT, ATC, offers comprehensive sport sciences services to enhance your game, as well as keep you healthy on a daily basis.\\In addition to physical aspects, the Foundry provides an academic resource center where junior athletes can study before practice.\\We are a safe and stable residence for non-profit organizations - the LEMO Foundation and Sports Performance Pro (SPP). LEMO inspires youth to discover their greatness through academic, physical wellness and life skills training in a supportive family environment. SPP encourages and teaches participation in sports and physical fitness activities to athletes regardless of physical or mental abilities.\\The Foundry is also available for private functions such as parties, corporate events, expos, team building and health fairs.
