The Funding Network (TFN) is an open network which links potential donors to non-profits and social entrepreneurs through live crowdfunding. We aim to raise money for small non-profits driving social change and help both individuals and organisations to combine their giving with others to make a difference. With the help of our funders, partners, members & supporters, we have now helped raise £12million worldwide to support 1,900 non-profits driving social change. TFN has groups operating in London, Hertfordshire, Oxford, Bristol, Belfast, as well as Australia, New Zealand, Eastern Europe, Latin America, and is expanding rapidly across the world. We are everyday donors from all backgrounds who care about social change and support small local, national and international non-profits working in the areas of health, education, human rights, climate change, conflict resolution and social inclusion. Our events are open to everyone and have a friendly atmosphere. Join us at our next event and see for yourself: You'll hear 4 passionate pitches, with 6 minutes to convince you of their cause and 6 minutes of Q&A. This is followed by our exciting live pledging session, where you can pledge not only money but also pro-bono support. The totals raised are then announced and we all leave on a high! What people say:"The brilliant concept of allowing projects to 'pitch' what they do in front of an eager cross section of people proves extraordinarily stimulating. The Funding Network is one of the most original and intriguing ways of doing so that I have yet encountered." Jon Snow, Patron"TFN is one of the most stimulating, engaging and downright fun ways to give that I've come across." Mark Cheng, AshokaIf you like to get involved we'd love to have you join us at an event.
