New Wine International (aka New Wine Church) serves to bring help to the helpless, strength to the weak and renewed hope to those who feel marginalised by society, all driven by our mandate to help individuals discover, develop and deploy their innate gifts and talents to the glory of God and the betterment of humanity.*** Initiatives ***♛ Feeding The Homeless ♛Up to 30 homeless people enjoy a full English breakfast each Saturday and access to services that help them secure employment, overcome substance abuse and restore their active positive participation in community life. ♛ Christmas Hamper Campaign ♛Since 2002, we have distributed over 28,500 Christmas hampers that have benefited over 140,000 low-income members of local communities in London and environs.♛ Serving Children ♛We run Art & Craft sessions, Summer Clubs, Music Classes and Christmas Party for children in the community, helping to stimulate their creativity and enhance their social skills.♛ Telephone Counselling ♛We provide a listening ear, encouragement and bible-centred guidance to callers from around the world, that help them overcome challenges and lead more enriched lives.♛ Conferences ♛We host major conferences such as Maximise Life and ReCharge that empower thousands of delegates from around the world with insights, tools and strategies that enhance their capacity to fulfil their own unique missions in their communities and nations.♛ Haiti ♛ New Wine supports École Fraternité Primary School in Haiti, providing educational resources and water borehole facility to provide safe drinking water and enhancing the life chances of over 500 pupils, teachers and members of the community. ♛ India ♛We run the Shalom Nagar Lepers Colony in Chennai, rated as one of the best leper care facilities in India. It provides housing for 55 lepers and over 100 family members, offering them a life of dignity, self-empowerment and the opportunity for a better future.
