The FYI Group was originally established to support business operational transformation in the education sector. We have expanded to include the NFP and health care services sector in Australia and New Zealand and membership based organisations globally.We have an extensive history and passion for managing transformational change supporting Higher and Vocational Education and Not-For-Profits in Australia and New Zealand both Private and Government based.The FYI Group delivers results with a proven ability to consult and influence at all levels within an organisation. Led by Rowena, the business has considerable experience building and leading digital transformation programs harnessing agile to impact processes, systems and tools at an enterprise level often in a complex compliance and regulatory based environment.We manage business transformation programs that involve a systematic approach to support both the organisation and the individuals within it.
