THE GEN Y INITIATIVE was founded in the year of 2017 as a continued response to addressing the concerns, needs, and effects targeting the empowerment of disadvantaged and impoverished communities at large. As a new think tank and civic service organization of like - minded woke millennials. We are fully invested in creating a fine path towards ending the daily disadvantages of the American Dream, through development of community based educational initiatives + engaging solutions.Driven by the results of poverty, oppression, and the future of the environmental disparities that lies before our generation. Our collective data driven models and solutions are providing a positive future for the vitality of rural and urban communities at large. The importance of our democracy and culture are embedded into our daily practices and social beliefs. In order, to be fully invested in managing internal and external relationships with progressive individuals that are passionate about delivering strategic value and work in a high-powered collaborative environment.Within, but not limited to fulfilling a systematic achievement gap that has affected the value of our collective beliefs in upholding democracy, culture, and the fundamental principles of a community that honors the strengths of innovation, selfless-service, creativity, and citizenship. 2018 - 2020 COMMUNITY INITIATIVES Liberal Arts and Digital Media Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Construction, Manufacturing, and Applied Technologies Culinary, Hospitality, and Tourism Agricultural and Health Sciences Development Retail, Transportation, and Customer Services Public and Social Relations.
