The Iconic House of Pose, Inc. is a space of convergence for the LGBT + population, with the purpose of connecting with communities around the world.The house was founded on January 15, 2017, with the mission of adding a differential to the definition of "houses". With the corporate environment profile, the focus is to positively transform, even at a distance, the members of the world community, creating events and workshops for certifications such as Microsoft's, assisting in the preparation of curricula, developing leadership skills, among other actions. The house will also start "Second Chance", a program that will support the prison population, generating a network of employers that will guarantee socialization with work and income.4 All this thanks to the history of the ballroom scene, and the houses that created the culture, gaining worldwide fame inside and outside the LGBT community. The ballroom scene, in which several houses come together to compete with the vogue dance steps (voguing) or catwalk parades, and award trophies for the best performances of each stage.The founder is Isis Amun-Ra, who is the Great Father, and Spice McCray is the Grand Overall Mother. Everyone is working hard, seeking to attract new members who want to multiply this new vision. "We want to see you walk, Serve & Pose".The Iconic House of Pose, Incorporated. as of July 20, 2020, will become the parent company to The Imperial House of Black, Incorporated. This will make The Iconic House of Pose Incorporated the only LGBTQ gay ballroom house to be incorporated and have four organizations under one name.We are serving!We #SERVETOGETHER "
