Since its establishment, TLF has been solely involved in the provision of supportive basic elementary and supplementary trainings on various needy groups. The principal focus of TLF on training has been largely directed to areas that are not normally covered by formal academic institutions which only dwell on the formalized scholarly system in schools and colleges whereas, prospect scholars are expected to excel through examinations at the end of a given course. The chances to that particular opportunity are limited to vast community group due to the existing hierarchical educational system structure
