At the core of the Leith Planning Group is our Town and Country Planning expertise. A foundation of experience that spans over 30 years. Our client base includes landowners, developers, pension funds, health care operators, retailers and charities all of which are seeking professional advice and an exceptional level of client care. Our Executive Chairman, Chris Plenderleith, has written an article detailing best practice in Town & Country Planning for The Parliamentary Review, as well as several articles in The Journal of Planning Law.Leith Planning Ventures is the land investment arm of the Leith Planning Group and is underpinned by our exceptional Town and Country Planning expertise. We have cash funds available to secure sites by way of Option Agreements, Promotional Agreements, Conditional and Unconditional Purchases. And finally, we have Leith Capital Management which is our agency arm. This arm offers a range of services, for example, we offer a retained site finding service where we actively go out and look for sites which satisfy the requirements of our clients.
