We have cash funds available to secure sites by way of Option Agreements, Promotional Agreements, Conditional and Unconditional Purchases. And finally, we have Leith Capital Management which is our agency arm. This arm offers a range of services, for example, we offer a retained site finding service where we actively go out and look for sites which satisfy the requirements of our clients.
