Southern style desserts, that's what we do because a little sugar makes the world a better place and then too, in the South, cake is one of the five basic food groups. We use recipes, time tested and simple, passed down from my great-grandmother. Our signature dessert is a Sweet Potato Pound Cake with a Brown Sugar Glaze. Everything is made from scratch, small batch, all natural, the way she did. We make convenient, eco-friendly packaged, single serve desserts. If a single serving in not enough, we offer the same sumptuous desserts in sizes big enough to share available at our online store. Big Ma, used to say that "cookies tickle the belly, but pie soothes the soul" and that's what I'm trying to recreate in every bite, something simple, deeply satisfying, something with memories attached.
