Check out any new home development, or a home remodeling project, or simply, just check out your latest MLS Listing requirements and you'll see a new extensive Energy Efficiency list of changes shaping the marketplace. ‘Going Green' can be a much overused expression, but in housing, it is now a brand new set of practices and principles! From new construction techniques, to an extensive new vocabulary, to new ways to rate and measure housing efficiencies and competitiveness, to new tax credit opportunities, to new and improved home products and features.Our mission is to educate and inspire Real Estate Professionals, by offering high energy and informative courses – with content always at the forefront of emerging trends. Our approach is one that seeks out or creates predominantly data driven materials and methods. We believe the best way for students to learn and retain, is to encourage critical-thinking with practical teaching materials. For student flexibility, as new courses emerge, we plan to deliver them either on-line, on-line with an instructor, in a live classroom setting, or in combination, depending on the nature of the subject matter
