From new construction techniques, to an extensive new vocabulary, to new ways to rate and measure housing efficiencies and competitiveness, to new tax credit opportunities, to new and improved home products and features.Our mission is to educate and inspire Real Estate Professionals, by offering high energy and informative courses – with content always at the forefront of emerging trends. Our approach is one that seeks out or creates predominantly data driven materials and methods. We believe the best way for students to learn and retain, is to encourage critical-thinking with practical teaching materials.
