The RedCarpet Solution helps new prospects look forward to moving to your senior living/life plan community.A RedCarpet Guide works on behalf of your community as the dedicated resource, privileged and honored to get to know each (incoming, new, and/or current) resident, building a relationship and identifying the ways they'll get the most out of their senior living experience.Before moving, each new resident receives a number of calls and home visits from their own RedCarpet Guide, "their person" who answers their questions, makes appropriate connections, spends "together time" to talk about concerns and feelings and even joins in a fun, keepsake-gathering process. Hospitality at its finest! As they plan their move, the trained Guide can help your resident make important decisions like finding a real estate agent who specializes in downsizing, selecting an estate sale company, re-homing a pet, planning/updating financial and insurance needs, assisting with VA connections, and just about anything else they might need. The RedCarpet Guide helps pack their very own custom RedCarpet History Trunk® filled with ‘story trigger' keepsakes that hold special meaning and fun stories. Each resident brings the History Trunk along with them to your community.On the day of their move, (in most cases) the RedCarpet Guide will be waiting with open arms to welcome them to your new community. Even though they've likely visited a number of times before, how nice it is to see a familiar face who is there "just for them" to show them around, introduce them to a few neighbors, and help them settle in on that first day.
