As they plan their move, the trained Guide can help your resident make important decisions like finding a real estate agent who specializes in downsizing, selecting an estate sale company, re-homing a pet, planning/updating financial and insurance needs, assisting with VA connections, and just about anything else they might need. The RedCarpet Guide helps pack their very own custom RedCarpet History Trunk® filled with ‘story trigger' keepsakes that hold special meaning and fun stories. Each resident brings the History Trunk along with them to your community.On the day of their move, (in most cases) the RedCarpet Guide will be waiting with open arms to welcome them to your new community. Even though they've likely visited a number of times before, how nice it is to see a familiar face who is there "just for them" to show them around, introduce them to a few neighbors, and help them settle in on that first day.
