The Urban Connection Project is an organization that is based on the vision to raise the odds of success for students through the training and mentorship of teachers, specifically within the realm of Culturally Responsive Teaching. As former educators, the founders have created tools to support educators in today's world to be successful with the diverse needs of our students. Through professional development, personal or small group mentorship, and our various products, we have been able to partner with schools, school districts and college of education preparation programs to help principals increase success in leadership and teachers to feel more confident in the classroom, resulting in a happier and more successful student.
