About:The Wasteland Plan Foundation was founded in August 2018. Since its origin, the team and mission have evolved. In late 2019, Niki Cesta and Savannah Stephen teamed up. As Co-Founders, they share a deep compassion for our earth and alignment in their mission to build global, conservation-centric communities. In mid-2020, Anthony Robert-Frigon joined the team as Creative Director and began to document the TWP intention. In early 2022, TWP Foundation became incorporated as a not-for-profit. To date we have collected over 17,000lbs of waste over 117 cleanups across 12 countries. Our Mission:The Wasteland Plan Foundation is a Toronto-based non-profit organization building conservation-centric communities, globally. Our team curates and delivers sustainable and accessible outdoor experiences that guide communities toward deepening their commitment to respect, explore and restore our natural world. We educate about waste-conscious choices and grassroots eco-actions that foster community regeneration. Our outdoor experiences are executed through our Earth Events, Eco-Exploration Trips, and our growing projects across Environmental Innovation.
