The World We Want Foundation promotes and supports young global citizens creating positive social change in their communities and around the world.\\Through the framework of project-based service learning, young people have the opportunity to experience real world learning while conducting social action projects that help transform their communities and their own lives.\\Using the power of philanthropy, technology and a global network of mentors and partners, we help galvanize opportunities to support the next generation of social innovators learning the skills they need to find real world solutions to local and global challenges.\\We've created over 85 partnerships with nonprofit organizations working in the field of youth leadership and development working in over 70 countries and expanding with each new social action project.\\Launched in 2013, our programming has impacted over 45,000 young people learning the skills they need to become effective leaders and engaged global citizens. As well, young people are experiencing real world learning to attain skills they'll need for future economic opportunity and successful employment.\\Educators are the mentors who guide student-generated social action projects supported by a global community devoted to youth making a difference. \\Our programming framework: Problem-Solution-Impact-Story Model aligned with educational standards, STEM and National Service Learning curriculum.\\Social action projects inside and outside of the world's classrooms help transform young people's lives and builds a powerful link to their communities. Through the process, young people learn teamwork, critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, empathy and kindness.
