Small group and private classes in yoga, meditation and stress reduction. Emphasis on physical well-being and prevention of debilitating conditions; expertise in special conditions, dealing with pain, injury and illness. We attract students with health concerns (temporary or terminal) and use traditional Hatha Yoga, Cardiac Yoga and Anusara teachings to promote overall health and an optimistic attitude towards life. We aspire to attract other teachers and professionals in the area who share a commitment to excellence in teaching, expertise in working with people coping with difficult situations or lifestyle changes.
