The Yellow Quilt is a project ideated and executed by a group of like-minded individuals from different walks of life, who share common convictions. We at The Yellow Quilt believe that mental health and well-being is something worth being discussed in an age when personal and societal pressures are escalating. Each person deserves to have a safe space where they can retreat to relax and talk about their fears and anxieties.This project is a passionate effort on our part to create a comforting blanket underneath which you can let go, unwind and share your personal experiences, traumas and insecurities without fear of judgement.
