...spreading hope and happiness, one tiny paper crane at a time... ------------ An origami crane is the symbol of hope and peace. The most famous story being that of Sadako and the Thousand Paper cranes (link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sadako_Sasaki). I've heard many stories of folding cranes for cancer victims, giving them at weddings or other similar gestures of spreading hope or happiness. I fold tiny paper cranes and give them to anyone, including strangers to put a smile on their face. ------------ Our mission is to share something beautiful and positive with the world and connect with people on a personal level. We will travel the world and meet as many different people as possible to distribute these tiny paper cranes. My goal is to have as many of these people come back to my website site to share their crane and/or a story. I also encourage people to fold their own small origami cranes and share it. We create art for charity, for marketing events and to promote origami as an art form. ------------ Tiny Paper Cranes is a collaborative, charitable, social community focused origami art.
