The Toronto Health and Fitness Challenge is a ground-breaking Series of Progressive Fitness and Health events for people looking for ways to kick start their personal fitness, health, and wellness. The THF Challenge consists of a starting baseline Run/Walk and wraps up with a final "Beat-your-best" Run/Walk event, with on-going community support for the 8 week duration. Our event series includes TOFitFest, a Festival and Expo featuring partners from our 3 pillars of active and healthy living: fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being. With the help of sponsors, health and fitness experts, nutritionists, and mental health and other professionals who support our well-being, the Toronto Health and Fitness Challenge will help participants take personal responsibility for their health. The THF is designed to instill healthy habits through education, peer support, a team Fitness and Nutrition Tracking APP and by receiving dedicated ongoing support from sponsors and the THF challenge event team. Not only does the THFC support individuals, families, teens and youth seeking to make healthy changes in their own lives, but through our Pledging and Gifting Options, the THFC also helps encourage all the people who are important in our lives who would benefit from participation in the challenge.
