Tourism for All (TFA) is the national charity working to make accessible travel better. We do this through providing:1. Advice and online training to help businesses understand the value of the accessible tourism and travel market and to improve and promote their services and products. Our online training platform is composed of modules that cover all aspects of customer service, from disability and accessibility awareness to specialised technical and practical training and include interactive features like videos and quizzes. The modules can be adapted and bolted together to create bespoke programmes for your organisation. Our courses are officially endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality. 2. Support for individuals planning accessible holidays. We offer a paid for membership service providing tailor made advice. We also run an online Travel Planner, a search and booking website bringing together hundreds of hotels, attractions, activities and restaurants across the UK, as well as special offers.
