I am dedicated to helping entrepreneurs get what they want from their business. I do this by teaching, facilitating, and coaching entrepreneurial leadership teams through the implementation of a simple, proven, powerful management operating system. I help leadership teams get three things: Vision, Traction, and Healthy.Vision - from the standpoint that everyone on the leadership team is 100% aligned around where the company is going and how they are going to get there.Traction - from the standpoint that there is accountability and discipline throughout the organization and no matter where you look, everyone is executing against goals that will lead to the Vision.Healthy - helping the leadership team to become a functional, cohesive, healthy team that is also having fun, because in general most leadership teams are not.As goes the leadership team, so goes the organization.
