TT&L seeks initially to operate two business unitsTrucks and trailers owned by TT&L and operated by Professional Employee Drivers (PEDs) Initially drivers may be contracted with a transition triggered by definitions in our business plan to become employees of TT&L.Enter into Management Agreements with Owner Operators (commission based) Its has been our experience during our research phase that the Trucking Industry can be predatory at times. Couple that with the need for increased technological expertise and ever more business acumen; the obstacles are mounting against the small owner operators. It is in this new environment we strongly believe our abilities and desire for fair and equitable partnerships will thrive.
