As the construction industry has become global, women who work in the industry need their own global platform to have their voices heard. Although working conditions for women vary widely, exploitation of women and ineffective government intervention are constants in the global construction sector. We are committed to helping build a global network of women working in construction. In the past we have run delegations to India, international online training exchanges, and mini conferences. We are currently planning a delegation to London for June of 2022.Vision We elevate tradeswomen: women as equal and construction trades as honorable work. MissionBuild the North American resource in the global network of tradeswomen advocating for themselves. Guiding Principles-Women's voices should be included and heard when decisions are being made-Our labor is essential in societies. We demand and command living wages for our labor that support us, our families, and our communities. -Our Diversity makes us strongWe are currently planning for a June 022 delegation of North American Tradeswomen to London!
