TradeUp partners with employers to produce custom curricula that leverage online education to qualify people for their dream jobs. TradeUp hopes to solve the labor-skills gap by allowing people to gain critical skills at their own pace, without having to exit the workforce and reeducate themselves in a formal setting. We help employers pre-train and hire remarkable people. TradeUp can help firms reduce recruitment and training costs and effort. TradeUp is funded by DreamIt Ventures and is part of the 2013 DreamIt NYC startup accelerator program.
