Treasureland Health Builders Initiative (THBI) is a 501(c)(3) organization that is globally focused and locally rooted, working in the United States and Sub-Saharan Africa to progressively sustain advocacy for effective and efficient systems that would promote health and reduce poverty among vulnerable groups. THBI uses strategies such as advocacy, community mobilization and involvement, training programs, sensitization activities, referrals, peer education, adherence counseling and stakeholders' engagements to drive its health, education and empowerment programs. THBI have been working to improve and sustain the wellbeing of vulnerable groups such as adolescents, young people and women and girls with disabilities whereby reducing poverty through its health, education and empowerment programs.
