True North Learning and Development LLC was founded in 2012 by John Anglim, a professional in the development of employees and leaders for organizations. True North was created in response to a growing need for professional services in the areas of performance management, employee and leadership development, team development and coaching as well as management level coaching...a growing need to help companies getting their businesses moving in the right direction. With the negative shift in the economy that continues today, many businesses still struggle to find their "True North" and are looking for ways to create and implement development programs that will move their business forward through these challenging times. Many companies have downsized and eliminated most or even all of their training and development resources. True North Learning and Development LLC can help to fill that gap. True North is not a traditional "consulting firm." Rather, we are learning and development partners who believe that the development of your employees and leaders is one of the most critical parts of your business.
