Once reviewed, potential increases are identified and a clear plan is prepared for the Board and Staff in how to make potential increases a reality. Institutional Planning brings together your organization's stakeholders (community leaders, board members, staff and donors) to create a long-range plan. This plan allows the organization to gain a clear perspective of the future, especially when it comes to properly allocating resources for mission-oriented programming. Leadership Retreats are held when an organization needs to addresss any topic that falls outside the traditional Board meeting agenda.
