Tusaalo Mentorship Program is a new and innovative mentoring concept in development by a small team of passionate East African professionals who aim to connect diaspora youth with East African professionals in a culturally-specific, mentorship opportunity. In Somali, Tusaalo means "to be an example," and our program utilizes the network of East African professionals to become role models that aid youth in navigating the challenges of high school and plan for post-high school success.
