Turkish Railway Academy was founded in 2021 by targeting to be a pacemaker, reliable and respectable training institution that will contribute to our enterprise, sector and our country with a scientific, technologic and continuously self-renewing understanding of education. The activities are carried out within the scope of TCDD Training Department. It is aimed at implementing the training activities more systematic, efficient, and fruitful with methods base upon scientific foundation and collecting the 165 years' experience and knowledge of TCDD under one roof. We are supporting the development of our employees with the trainings that are designed in the light of the professional competences required by today and targeted to make the learning enjoyable. We are focusing the vocational and institutional development by determining the needs in the rightest way for gaining well educated and experienced human resources to the sector and transforming the information in our railways journey to the future.
