The UCDS College for School Culture confers a Master of Education degree, upon successful completion of a two-year, 55-credit program. The Master's program seeks educators interested in elevating their practice and passion for teaching and learning. Our graduates develop the skills and strategies essential to becoming leaders in education through a practicum-focused learning experience. Students work in classrooms from the beginning, testing ideas and building the intangible skills of great teaching—intentional culture, differentiation, and curriculum design.
