Uncapped Calligraphy was founded in 2018 by Kathryn Carter. At the time, Kathryn was a college student studying Fashion and Textile Management at North Carolina State University. Her calligraphy and entrepreneurial journey stemmed from her passion of the art. It all started in high school, where she would recreate pins from Pinterest. From creating prints, she moved onto painting canvases, then to creating journal covers for herself. These caught the attention of numerous friends and family members and so she decided to officially open Uncapped Calligraphy in 2018.It is our hope that these products will enable others to uncap their own creativity and memories, as they use them throughout their life. I hope that you will follow us as we grow, explore and seek to create more exciting products!
