UNo restaurant has been a firm favourite for lovers of fine dining and Italian food in Pimlico for over a twenty years. Since opening its doors in 1997 it has consistently offered the best in classical and modern Italian cuisine to both locals and foodies all over the capital. UNo offers you the experience of Italy on your doorstep.UNo is a darkly elegant celebration of classic and modern Italian cuisine. It is well loved by locals, as well as London's more discerning diners. Offering seating over two levels and outdoor dining, this vibrant and welcoming restaurant occupies a bright and airy corner site. With a subterranean wine cellar beneath a circular glass floor, and the option of outdoor dining UNo cannot fail to please. Specialities include a traditional Tagliatelle Carbonara and grilled sea bass served with fennel and asparagus. UNo is also open for traditional breakfast, eggs Benedict or sweet breakfast.Evening Dining at UNo is a luxurious experience. Our seasonal a la carte menu offers an exciting blend of both modern and classic Italian dishes such as our ‘Pappardella Al Ragu Tradizionale'. The atmosphere we host is relaxed but intimate- perfect for the gastronome as well as the romantic. The mark of any good restaurant is undoubtedly the quality of the food. UNo constantly strives to source the best best and Italian ingredients for our dishes. As enthusiasts for the finest produce we naturally have respect for the environment and consider the impact of transportation. Specialities such as wild mushrooms, truffles, cheeses and cured meats are purchased from reputable and sustainable growers in Italy. Some of these we import directly. Where possible other fresh produce at UNo comes from British growers through London-based artisan suppliers. For lunches the vast windows lend an al fresco feel. To complement this, the restaurant offers you the UNo Pronto menu with a variety of tantalising Italian dishes.
