We are a mobile pizza stand specializing in hand-crafted authentic Neapolitan style pizza. Our pizza is cooked in an oven that reaches over 900 degrees and cooks in under 90 seconds.Owner Joe Carbone, Jr. and head pizza maker was urged by family and friends to bring his love of pizza making to the public.We specialize in catering private parties, block parties, corporate events, and street fairs.It's all about the dough, that is why we use Caputo 00 flour imported from Naples, Italy. We strive to achieve an airy flavorful dough that is easy to digest. All of our dough is made by hand and goes through a three day rise.We only use hand crushed San Marzano D.O.P tomatoes and the finest extra virgin olive oil imported from Italy. We make our own fresh mozzarella cheese from cheese curds. Our cheese is always made fresh the morning of, ensuring the best possible flavor.We are all about quality, that is why most of our ingredients are handmade.Simply Put, we only use the BEST ingredients!
