Working with CEOs, Executive Directors, Development Directors and fundraising team to do the following as needed.- Enhance and lead a state-of-the-art development practice to build upon current success and evaluate opportunities for introduction of initial or additional best practices- Strategize, design, organize, implement and execute fundraising activities while aligning with organizational metrics and objectives- Assist in determining goals, cash flow projections and an annual work plan to reach overall development goals- Contribute to strategic plan diversification of funding and development of new, sustainable revenue generation- Work with the CEO and/or fundraising team to develop all fundraising-related budgets- In collaboration with the CEO and/or fundraising team, assist in managing fundraising with the Board of Directors, to ensure annual Board goals are met through their personal contributions, company contributions and introductions/referrals to new donors- Support the identification and development of contacts with broad base sources for funding, gifts in-kind, and donated service- Grant writer for writing and developing all grant proposals, solicitation letters, and requests for support
