Vaoni was the name of an exceptional olive terroir in the Ikarian splendid landscape in Greece, dates back to the last century. Today this geographical area does not produce high quantities of olive oil, however we were inspired by Vaoni and we present you our olive oil selection from the island of Lesvos. The quality of the soil, the climate, the ecosystem and the location are the characterestics, which make us proud to present you the best olive oil from the harvest 2011. The bright golden green color and low acidity grade came from selected olive trees. "Vaoni" olive oil is a product of an agriculture indication and it is extracted with cold methods.
