Vaya Verde is a start-up New Mexico non-profit organization. Our mission is to use innovative green micro-loans to eradicate the root causes of poverty while developing and promoting a sustainable and inclusive economy. We will provide educational services and strategic loan products that allow low income and underrepresented constituencies to lift themselves out of poverty towards the making of better lives and stronger communities. Specifically, our loans will cover the costs of products that will reduce borrowers' costs, grant greater societal accessibility, and generate income. These three areas are key for constituencies working to escape poverty and attain prosperity.
