For this purpose, we rely on highly productive and reputable third party collectors. Debt collection is a highly specialized function that requires extensive up-front/fixed costs and bears significant compliance burdens. By outsourcing these functions, we are able to focus on due-diligence, capital allocation, close monitoring of our portfolios and cash flow performance.
