VetIt Ware has the solution. We are the exclusive provider of education copyright tools that minimize infractions and potential litigation. Our tools preempt copyright litigation by identifying possible infringements, training educators in the legal use of digital resources, and helping meet federal copyright requirements. Our team understands the multiple, overlapping challenges and addresses these by providing two resources. The first is affordable, user-friendly, software that meets the legal requirements for implementing systems of voluntary discovery of potential copyright infringements across multiple repositories. The second is highly targeted, virtual training that refreshes and updates educators' understanding of federal education copyright law, helping institutions meet another requirement of federal copyright laws. VetIt Ware is one of 40 organizations selected from 6,000+ submissions to serve as a panelist for the US Copyright Office Technical Measures Consultations. VetIt Ware was selected to participate in plenary and industry-specific consults to identify and implement technical measures for the purpose of protecting copyrighted works.
