The long-standing Victoria Dragon Boat Festival is a core part of Victoria's summer culture, sport, and entertainment, with an annual Festival being hosted in August. With racing, culture activities, live music, and a beer garden, this all-ages event draws in tens of thousands of individuals to the Inner Harbour of our beautiful garden city. Throughout the year, the Society also hosts numerous fundraising events and initiatives, including Chinese New Year Galas, outdoor activities, and Community Feasts in the Spring. It has a strong bond with the BC Cancer Society, and partners with various other non-profit organizations across the community.
