A new wine bar in the splendid scenery of the Crete Senesi, along the main street of Montisi, a small town of 300 inhabitants in the municipality of Montalcino. The protagonists of this venture are two women, Alessandra and Ilaria, who at the age of fifty decided that it was no longer time to postpone dreams. They turned this corner of Tuscany far and wide, until they landed here. An old cellar has been completely renovated, with stone walls and brick vaults. A few small tables, the counter and the steel elements, a second room with a large table and the storage space for wines. Alessandra will take care of the food part, with the search for organic products from small producers - not only local ones - cured meats and cheeses from different areas of Italy, pickles and gardener, accompanied by seasonal products, which will make up salads and soups . There will also be some "sentimental" proposals, such as Vero Toast, made with artisan bread, cooked ham from a small refiner and organic cheese and hot dishes made with the cooking technique (not having a kitchen, fantasy is a must). Ilaria manages the wine sector, with a careful selection of local and non-local labels, wines made with attention and respect for the vineyard and the territory. They are the wines of the producing friends or of people we know and respect deeply, with a story that will be told to you if you want. The wines that we would drink and that we want to share with you.
