Hymek AS was established in 2004 and has significant experience in producing custom designed equipment and products. In 2021 Hymek AS changed name into VIRIX AS and approved for engineering, installation, verification, maintenance and repair of electrical and Explosion proof solutions. Yard Service and fabrication in Stavanger was established and a group of experienced personnel with background from the areas Hybridization, Energy Savings, Power & Control and Project Execution joined the Company. Virix design, engineer and fabricate customised equipment and products in carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex and aluminum. Virix has focus on product innovation and has competence within mechanical, electrical, automation and hydraulic systems to develop reliable, cost saving and energy & environmentally friendly products and solutions. By use of technology we can move personnel away from the operations, reduce possible spills and by remote support and assist we reduce the need for our service personnel traveling around the world.To ensure high quality products we perform simulations, analysis and testing at our facilities in Egersund and Stavanger, Norway. Our in-house engineering- and production team is ready to provide you with our products that meet your specifications and requirements along with multidiscipline teams to install and get you up and running
