We provide superior representation at significantly lower cost by utilizing today's technology and empowering our clients to take an active role in their transaction rather than sitting idly by while their agent collects a huge commission. WaLaw provides MLS access and critical brokerage services and works in collaboration with the law firm Blackmon Holmes, PLLC (also owned by the principals of WaLaw) to provide actual legal counsel to our mutual clients (drafting contracts, negotiating the deal, reviewing title, and so on).
